Recipe: Buckwheat bread with sesame - gluten-free and light - 🍞

Ingredients:
• 330 g ground buckwheat
• 300g cornstarch
• 100g sesame seeds
• 50g sunflower seeds
• 30 g psyllium husks
• 1 ¾ tsp salt
• 2 packets of dry yeast
• 1 tsp syrup or honey
• 1 liter of lukewarm water
Preparation:
- Process all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor to form a dough.
- Pour the dough into a large rectangular baking pan and let it rise in the oven at 40 to 50 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Then turn the oven up to 200° and bake for about 55 minutes.
