Shipping method

We ship with that DPDgroup (DPD).

Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, two further delivery attempts will be made or you can pick up the package at the nearest Pickup parcel shop. Deliveries to a packing station are not possible.

The shipment status will be communicated to you via DPD if you provide your email address.

We reserve the right to switch to another parcel service/carrier in the event of a disruption. Of course, this happens at no extra charge.

Delivery time

Germany: The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Austria: The standard delivery time is 2-4 working days.

Switzerland: The standard delivery time is 2-4 working days.

Spain (mainland only): The standard delivery time is 3-6 working days.

Italy: The standard delivery time is 3-6 working days.

Flat rate shipping fee

Germany     (€4.80/package)

Austria         (12.80 €/package)

Switzerland            (17.90 €/package) via Deutsche Post/DHL with customs clearance.

Spain             (15.90 €/package)

Italy                 (15.90 €/package)

There are no shipping costs for digital goods (e.g. eBooks).
