We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Exchange

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Digital products (e.g. eBooks) for download
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Offer items (if applicable)
A refund can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to info@ancenasan.de and send the item to: Cäcilienstraße 2, Lower Saxony, 30519, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value when the item is returned. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Cäcilienstraße 2, Lower Saxony, 30519, Germany.
You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
