From personal experience to calling The story behind ANCENASAN® Nadia and Ann Beyer  ANCENASAN® was founded by Ann Beyer. Ann is a holistic nutritional therapist and health consultant specializing in digestion and detoxification. Her journey into the world of herbs and bitter substances began with a very personal story: her two children suffered from neurodermatitis, asthma and allergies from an early age. She recognized early on that these health problems were strongly linked to diet and particularly to intestinal health and emotional factors. 

To help her children, Ann began looking for natural ways and this search for holistic ways to improve their quality of life eventually became her calling. For years she ran a seminar house for fasting and dietary changes in northern Hesse. Her experiences with over 1,000 seminar participants ultimately led to the creation of the special recipe made up of 49 herbs and spices in 1997 – ANCENASAN® herbal. 

Since then, Ann has built up the company together with her daughter Nadia Beyer, with whom she also successfully ran the organic-certified vegetarian café-restaurant “Carrots & Coffee” in Hanover for many years. 

Nadia Beyer is a qualified nutritionist and head of the Academy for Applied Nutritional Knowledge (Carrots & Coffee College). She is a lecturer and author, including the book Toxfrei (www.toxfrei.de), in which she describes in detail how people today can detoxify holistically and in a contemporary way and use nutrition as an effective remedy. As a scientific advisor to the ANCENASAN® natural products manufacturer, she also sees herself as a passionate ambassador for bitter substances. 

Today, the entire ANCENASAN® herbal team is passionate about helping people eat healthier and, above all, integrating more valuable bitter substances into their everyday lives.
