Ingredients:
• 2 apples
• 2 red onions
• 100 ml water
• 250 g tomato paste
• 1 tsp curry
• 2 samples Cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of honey
Preparation:
1. Wash apples, cut them into eighths and remove the core. Dice apple pieces finely. 2. Peel the onions, dice them finely and put them in a pot together with the apple pieces. Bring the apple and onion cubes to the boil with the water, then simmer uncovered until the liquid has evaporated.
3. Put the apple-onion mixture in a high mixing bowl and add the tomato paste, curry, cinnamon, salt and honey and puree everything until smooth, if necessary adding a little water.
