⢠2 applesĀ
⢠2 red onionsĀ
⢠100 ml waterĀ
⢠250 g tomato pasteĀ
⢠1 tsp curryĀ
⢠2 samplesĀ CinnamonĀ
⢠Pinch of saltĀ
⢠1 pinch of honeyĀ

Preparation:Ā
1. Wash apples, cut them into eighths and remove the core. Dice apple pieces finely. 2. Peel the onions, dice them finely and put them in a pot together with the apple pieces. Bring the apple and onion cubes to the boil with the water, then simmer uncovered until the liquid has evaporated.Ā
3. Put the apple-onion mixture in a high mixing bowl and add the tomato paste, curry, cinnamon, salt and honey and puree everything until smooth, if necessary adding a little water.Ā
