Ingredients:
• 30 g chia seeds (or ground chia seeds)
• 250 ml coconut rice drink (or 50% coconut milk and 50% plant milk, if you don't like it that sweet)
• 100 g plain soy yogurt
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• 1-2 tbsp 100% cocoa
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Blueberries
• Banana
Preparation:
1. Stir chia seeds (or ground chia seeds) into coconut rice drink with a whisk and let it soak for about 20 minutes or overnight.
2. Then stir in plain soy yoghurt, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Garnish with a few blueberries and banana slices.
