Ingredients:
• 500 g soy-coconut yoghurt or normal yoghurt (3.5% fat)
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 pinch of bourbon vanilla
• ½ tsp ground cardamom
• 50g blueberries
• 50g raspberries
• 50g strawberries
• 50g chopped unsalted pistachios
Preparation:
Mix yogurt with maple syrup, vanilla and cardamom. 🥄 Then put the yogurt on a plate with baking paper and spread it a little.
Wash all berries, pat dry and sort. 🍓 Scatter the berries and pistachios over the yoghurt mixture. 🌰
Place the plate with the yoghurt mixture in the freezer for 1 day. ❄️
Then break the frozen yogurt into pieces and eat it straight away. 😋
Variation:
Instead of vanilla and cardamom, you can also spread ½-1 teaspoon of lavender flowers or chocolate shavings on the yoghurt mixture. 😉
