Oatmeal banana pancakes (or waffles) 🥞

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe bananas (peeled approx. 260 g)

• 200 g oat flakes

• 400 ml plant drink 

• 2 tsp cinnamon 

• some coconut oil 

 

Preparation: 

1. Puree all the ingredients except the oil in a blender and let them swell briefly. 

2. Then fry them in portions in a pan with a little coconut oil to make pancakes or in a waffle iron oiled with coconut oil to make waffles.
