This smoothie does not contain isolated fats like the original bullet proof coffee with butter and MCT oil. It is wonderfully creamy and wonderfully filling thanks to the fiber and healthy fats. 😋
Ingredients:
• 100g avocado
• 100 ml natural soy drink (or oat drink if carbohydrates are not a factor)
• 200 ml freshly brewed coffee
• 2 tsp erythritol (or maple syrup or 2 soaked dates if it doesn't need to be low carb)
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 generous pinch of bourbon vanilla
Preparation:
1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and hollow out half of the flesh. 🥑
2. Freshly brew a strong coffee.
3. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until the shake has a creamy consistency. Depending on the desired consistency and taste, extend with a little more milk or coffee.
4. Pour the shake into a large glass and enjoy. 💖
Variations:
1. It also tastes delicious served in a bowl with some soy yoghurt. 🥣
2. In summer you can also mix it with a few ice cubes to make an iced coffee. ❄️😊
