Ingredients:
· 1 ripe avocado
· 1 ripe mango
· 1 red onion
· 4 mini red peppers (orange and red)
· ½ bunch of fresh coriander
· ½ chili pepper
· 1 lime
· Salt
· Pepper
· Tortilla chips or crackers of your choice
Preparation:
1. Peel and dice the mango, peel and finely chop the onions. Put both in a bowl.
2. De-seed the chilli and chop it finely (important: wash your hands well and don't touch your face afterwards - otherwise it will burn!)
3. Finely chop the coriander and squeeze the lime. Stir everything together with the chili, pepper and salt into the mango and onion cubes.
4. Peel the avocado, cut it into pieces and carefully fold it into the salsa at the end.
Tastes delicious on tortilla chips or crackers of your choice! ; )
