Recipe: Green Energy Balls

Recipe for approx. 20 pieces
- 100 g unroasted cashews, ground
- 70 g coconut flakes (possibly grind a little if very coarse)
- 6 tsp ANCENASAN® Master Greens juice powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- ½-1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
- ¾ tsp cardamom powder
- 9 drops of lemon oil or a little grated lemon peel
Mix everything together thoroughly in a bowl or in the Thermomix and use your hands to form small balls of approx. 15 g each.
