Recipe: Egg whites in green - power yoghurt with GREENS juice powder

If you are looking for a light but nutritious breakfast or a low-calorie snack that provides quick energy, you should definitely try this recipe! Super tasty, super quick to prepare and also rich in protein and filling.
Well suited even if you want to lose weight, because it provides micronutrients that are almost always lacking during calorie reduction.

 

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 120g unsweetened soy, coconut or regular yoghurt
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon ANCENASAN® Master Greens** 
  • 1 teaspoon ANCENASAN® Diamond Greens*
  • Pinch of bourbon vanilla
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Squeeze of lemon juice and lemon zest
  • Pomegranate seeds or berries

 

Preparation:

  1. Mash the banana well with a fork in a breakfast bowl.
  2. Add the yoghurt, greens juice powder and the spices and mix everything well with the banana until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  3. Season the power cream with lemon juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a little lemon zest.
