
Ingredients:
• 1 liter room temperature water 💧
• 150 g ripe pear
• 1 vanilla pod 🌿
• 1/4 cinnamon stick 🌰
Preparation:
1. Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into thin slices. 🔪🍐
2. Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise with a sharp knife and cut it into small pieces of about 2 cm.
3. Place the pear slices and vanilla with the cinnamon stick piece into a glass carafe, fill with water, and let it steep for about 3 to 4 hours.
