
Ingredients:
1 tsp ghee (or deodorized coconut oil)
50 g popcorn kernels
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground ginger
3 oranges, zest only
3 tbsp liquid honey
Preparation:
1. Heat the oil/fat over medium heat in a large pot with a lid for about 20 to 30 seconds. ⏰
2. Add the popcorn kernels, place the lid on, and heat for a few minutes until all the popcorn has popped. Important: Shake the pot once during this process. 🍿
3. Transfer the finished popcorn to a large bowl. While it is still hot, sift in the cocoa and ginger. Then sprinkle the orange zest over it and drizzle the popcorn with honey. 🍯
4. Mix everything well and serve immediately! 😋
